Work Orders · Upper floors

Every complaint becomes a job with an owner, a clock and a sign-off.

Tenants scan a QR code on the wall, staff tap the app, and sensors raise their own alerts. Each one lands as a work order, routed by trade and location, with photos at both ends and closure only when the requester agrees.

How it works

  1. 01Raised

QR scan in Washroom 6B: tap not closing, photo attached.

  2. 02Routed

Category plumbing, floor 6, assigned to the on-shift plumber.

  3. 03Attended

Technician checks in by scanning the same QR on arrival.

  4. 04Closed

After photo uploaded, requester confirms, ticket closed in 52 min.

What it does

Built for the way work orders really run.

Raise from anywhere

QR codes on every floor, washroom and lift lobby. No app download for tenants, no login, just the location already filled in.

Routed by trade and location

Plumbing on floor 6 goes to the plumbing team on shift. AC complaints in the food court go to the HVAC vendor on contract.

Service level clocks

Response and resolution clocks start the moment a ticket is raised and escalate to supervisors before they breach.

Photo proof at both ends

Technicians attach before and after photos. Closure needs the requester's confirmation or a supervisor override with a reason.

Parts and cost on the job

Log spares used, labour hours and vendor charges against the work order and the asset it belongs to.

Repeat fault detection

Three tickets on the same asset in 30 days and the job is flagged for root cause, not another quick fix.

Questions

Work Orders: common questions

Can tenants raise complaints without an account?

Yes. Scanning a location QR opens a short form with the location filled in. Tenants can add a photo and an email to get updates.

Can we use our own categories?

Yes. Categories, sub-categories, priorities and clocks are fully editable per building.

What happens when a technician is on leave?

Routing follows the shift roster. If nobody is on shift for a trade, the job goes to the supervisor queue.
